You can use Yahoo and build your own website for less than $50 (plus miamnil monthly charges). I built my personal website for free. I have an on-line retail business which I paid $3,500 for. I spent a lot of time researching different ways to build the site before I made my decision. If you do your homework, you can find a reputable company to build yours. Or, if you want, you can build your own. (I personally recommend that you do not use Pay-Pal.)
