Jasper Reports is a Java based open source reporting tool and most of the reports (excluding ZPL labels) are created using it within Commander4j. When you install Commander4j you get all the required libraries included to run the pre-defined reports. If you want to modify any or the reports or create new versions then I would recommend you install the GUI designer called iReports which is great and can save a lot of time.
