The resource table has two purposes. Firstly it provides the source of various lookup tables and helps ensure that where a valid Resouce needs to be entered it can be selected from a popup list instead of being manually keyed. The default method for accessing this screen is shown below.

The Resource is linked to a Process Order and typically indicates some part of a factory manufacturing facility which is needed for producing this product.

You can define a description and also assign a default batch suffix to the resource.

The label printing screen find the required resouce from the Process Order and then determines the default batch suffix from the Resource table.
