The Windows Imaging Component is available from the Microsoft download site if required.

Download the version appropriate for your version of Windows.

Run the installer once downloaded.

Read the licence agreement and agree if happy to do so.

Wait while the installer does its thing...

Click Finish when it's complete and then return to the installation of .NET Framework 4.0
