A sample point is the applications term for a location where the samples have been taken for weighing. If you have multiple production lines you will want to create a sample point for each one. Weight Checks Module

This functionality is included in version 7.14 of Commander4j. If you are running an older version you will need to upgrade before you will be able to use the options shown here.


Capturing Weights Results from Scales

This screen shows the operator panel where data from the scales is recorded in the database and plotted on screen. You will need to configure the other screens before you can use this. See [Scales], Workstations, TNE's (Tolerable Negative Errors), Product Groups and Container Codes

Sample Points

There are only 2 entries in the System Keys table which relate to Weight Checks.

WEIGHT SAMPLE FREQUENCY is used generate a reminder when a sample check is due and is assumed to be the number of minutes.

WEIGHT SAMPLE SIZE determines the number of samples which are to be weighed during each sample session. This is currently a global setting for all weight check
